• there is no limit to how often you can phone or email me throughout your pregnancy for any questions or worries
  
• 24x7 'on-call' period from 2 weeks before your due date until 2 weeks after
  

•  I stay with you from the moment you call me to your side during labour right through to  after your baby is born
  
•  We'll probably start at your own home and, if you're having a hospital birth we continue labouring together there
• I'm at your side constantly until after your baby is born, when I'll help you establish breastfeeding if you have chosen to breastfeed

• I will visit you at least one more time after your baby is born to discuss your birth, help with breastfeeding or anything else you need.  And I'm around for emotional and practical support for as long after the birth as you'd like to stay in touch
